Teacher education & professional development
I design and facilitate practical, evidence-informed professional development for new and experienced educators. My training combines educational principles with opportunities to experience, analyze, practise and reflect on approaches that participants can adapt to their own teaching contexts.
As a Cambridge CELTA tutor and former DELTA local tutor, I have extensive experience supporting educators through interactive training, supervised planning, observation of teaching, individual and group coaching, and developmental feedback.
